like ghl would be off the table, and pushing 5x alts to 1370 would hold you back on main for much longer. 1340-1370 is 20k guardian stones, and main 1400-1415 is 35k guardian

if youve just gotten the tutorial stone most of the benefit will just be the vitality. you will probably fail your gem cutting on your intro stones and the engravings on them probably wont be good either. but it will double your hp more or less. after the tutorial stones you will not get stones again until you reach T1, the stone of endurance rocks that drop during levelling are always dismantled they are worthless

the stones of endurance you get during levelling have no value, just sell/dismantle these. you will get 5 stone of births with the gem cutting tutorial. equip the one you cut the best but most of the gain from equipping it at this stage is just the hp dont count on getting an engraving bonus though youmight get lucky

that means you havent finished cutting them . go back to the ability stone cutter and cut each face on the stone, both the good engraving slots and bad engraving slots. if you "hit" on 5 of your cuts on either a good engraving/detrimental engraving equipping the stone will also give you that effect. but dont worry about that too much for now. you just want your intro stone cut so you can equip the vitality bonus at this stage

based more on how many rooms you do than how many runs you do, technically the best way to do it is do each room till you run out of time then finish while ghost is alive to see more rooms in a run for more chances of lucky rooms. But this is much harder, and takes way longer, I wouldn't recommend it.

that said, 1370 is already a good spot for alts for the g.leaps daily
