if you go to your character there are gear presets (1,2,3 for example). the gear you are trying to dismantle is connected to a preset. you have to click the preset the gear is on, remove the gear from it and then you can dismantle it

Ah welp you should try to fight more since the block rate is not as bad as it was and easier to hit the boss compared to Moake. Patterns are a lot more well-telegraphed and less confusing AoEs. Just might get one shot if you get hit by anything.

You don't need to do those World Boss, you can also just come back later after reaching lvl 50+. You'll be able to kill them more easily.
You can also try channel hopping if there's multiple channels, to check if someone isn't battling the boss (top right of the screen)

I’ve done two solas runs and you pretty much only get a solas. Only thing that’s worth mentioning. Doing south Vern story will give you a lot of card packs tho. Maybe you’ll get lucky from those.
