Mining is kind of a pain but not too bad since you get moonlight mining at lv 20 to speed things up. And there are a ton of nodes very close together at Lakebar. If you just want to lv up fast then t1 maps are good enough.

Some quests do require you to go to the adventure island so there's that like Calvasus rapport quest or Revelry row island soul quest but that's it except mokoko seeds I guess.

Apparently the time is based on UTC instead of server time, so just another extremely poorly implemented timer element.

Actual registration time for NAWest is 4am-5pm server time for Raid, 4am-1:20pm for Siege.

NAEast is 7am-8pm and 7am-4:20pm respectively.

Belga is better to do at anything beside 4-man. I prefer duo because split aggro makes it easier for both players. Trio can be annoying depending on skill level and encounter knowledge since you have to have some idea what to do with the buffs beforehand.

One thing is the initial contribution check - like the ones you get in adventure island. But Field Bosses work in another way. If you do 1 tick of damage you will get some loot, but the higher contribution the higher the reward. That's why people party in field bosses
