I think it's worth grinding those out more than mari rapport. You will only run one judgement rune combo anyway, so might as well be legendary. 11 isn't that far off and you'll finish other stuff along the way.

You will have a lot less mana problems in future raids where you will actually be busy dodging as well. If anything i would prioritize heavenly tune, harp/sound shock and wind of music and wait until you generate mana

the only reason to do special mission is say there's a new patch (like tomorrow's) when you want to save up rest points but if you still want rewards - you only use the soul count but don't use up the rest bonus, or at least it didn't the one time i used it. laso gives a bit of stronghold XP but it's pretty minimal
