I think so, I usually take rainbow stats over lower tier accessories, but what you should really do is hop on the market and look for those same accessories with good stats, and once you get to 1370 the first thing you need to do is put together a decent 3x3 engraving setup by buying accs with decent but cheap engravings

I think it's 9 times per zone, so if you do vern, you still have 9 uses for all the other zones

also my understanding is, each time you play a character though those zones normally, it unlocks one use of KT for that zone, up to a max of 9

but using a pass counts as beating it, so a feiton pass will allow you to KT another character to feiton

but you still have to do all the gear grinding between vern and feiton

I think so, just based on my own experiences with the engineer goggles from beating the tutorial, you can only get one of those per server and they become bodytype-bound (warrior, MA, gunner, mage, or assassin)
