The advice I have for a new player is spend your work energy on literally any node you run past, it's worth the extra time, and also keep an eye out for those renown NPCs with the hearts on the map, click on them and do the songs and emotes, it doesn't matter what NPC it is as long as you get your 5 songs and 5 emotes done each day because that's the big timegate
