You're right. Ignite and All-Out attack are mandatory so Hit Master and PD are the only two you can play with. Grudge 3 will be more dps than either of those. Your build is more than fine for P3 Argos so could consider waiting for Valtan rather than optimizing now.

Thanks! I am more so optimizing now mainly due to my numbers being wonky. I do big numbers sometimes and then other times it falls really flat and has me really confused. The -12% crit damage on PD is a slight drawback. Up until now I ran Argos P1 weekly to get full set Argos. Mostly because I take my time and when I DO eventually hone I have already done my Argos runs. That and I did not realize I had to que for MM to do anything other than p1. It would be nice to be 4x3 but at the same time I do like the idea of waiting a bit.

all the kt does is skip the story when you make an alt. You use the vern kt to get to vern(like powerpass but costs gold) and after that you can skip story quest for further continents if you don't feel like doing it again and have gold to spare
