honing levels after +15 give 3x the ilvl per upgrade, it's simply mathematically cheaper on average to do the cheese

I don't remember the questline at all but I know that there was a purple quest that requiers you to clear gate of paradise. You can do the abbysal but if you want to clear the quest you gotta do it next week with the quest

some yellows gives you good goodies, like engrave pouches, so if you're in need of them you can do them again, but if you use a powerpass all those 1time reward quests wont give you anything on main, and then feiton powerpass completes even more of them
