i1445 you get relic accessories from Chaos Dungeon and you are probably +17 on everything so +18 would be i1460 unlocking new honing buff that would decrease the amount needed for i1415 on alts. You're essentially throwing away a large amount of materials, gold and silver to do x1 extra Valtan instead of pushing all your i1370 alts to i1415 much sooner.
