Yo, I need an advice on creating an alt, it doesn't have to be "OP" or anything, I just prefer a fun gameplay. So to help you for that;

The characters I enjoy the most currently: Deathblade, Shadowhunter, Scrapper, Gunlancer

The characters I've tried but found them very boring/not my playstyle: Bard, Sharpshooter, Artillerist

The characters I've never tried yet: Soulfist, Sorceress, Striker, and all of the upcoming classes like Destroyer

I've been thinking of Soulfist & Destroyer, would I regret creating those and had to delete them?

Destroyer has always been a very good character, high damage, high survivability, and so much stagger that it'll out stagger even high stagger classes like gunlancers by miles. The only reason its considered the meme class, especially before changes, is that it can be very random and perfect swing which does a massive amount of damage, can also do a piddling amount of damage if you wiff or hit to close. So especially right now, its a very high and very low class depending on skill and rng procs.

If its a fusion material life skill, only if you have a t2 character who you might make the fusion mats for. For gathering life skills, yes you should just go with highest area of purple nodes since green nodes don't change with tier

Hey, reload your game. Many others had this issue in my guild where the journal quest wasn't guiding them because it should. And small islands don't appear in search, so just a tip there. This quest line is supposed to take at least an hour all together so you can't really speed run it either, so don't worry about being the slow one. Everyone had to be. You'll be more experienced when you work on other characters so it'll go faster on them!
