ye, because you hit 1385 and can do p1.p2 every week. You could craft a whole choosen set if you want but it's a waste of gold just do a few pieces so it's easy to hone to 1385

Tripods have a 30% and a 15% chance of transferring at lvl 2 and lvl 3. I wouldn’t get hung up over tripods. Getting your engravings, combat stats, and gems in order is much more important at first.

So I just unlocked tier 3 chaos dungeons and I didnt get the full tier 3 set day 1 (i know, hold your shock) but I have a tier 2 alt and I was initially planning on waiting until i got the honing research before upgrading her past 960 and just funneling mats to my main (obviously I cant do that if my main is tier 3 now tho), should I just bite the bullet and spend more upgrading or keep doing 960 dailies on my alt until I hit 1302 on my main?

optimally speaking you want to get alts as soon as you reach t2 so you could empty event shops of cheap t1 mats on them

you don't even need to play the alts until you feel like it, just having them to buy the t1 mats with is enough initially
