Ah. I was skimming. If you are looking for Dark Legi quest specifically you can't get it before you've done every single preceeding quest. That questline is long af. You need to go to one of the other Guardian islands and continue with the questline. Either Frost Haven. Woeful Drylands or Scarred Crimson Land.

1385 gives honing buff for pre-i1370. But since your main is only i1325 it doesn't matter. And by feeding he just means you park your main and don't spend any materials on honing, tradeable at least.

depends on what you consider "end game", if you mean level 50 T1 content, then you just need to clear the main story and it's kinda quick... if you mean T3, just use the express event on your fresh character and reaching T3 will be extremely easy, they're spoonfeeding everything now
