Basically just check your game alarm for either Yorn Sailing Co-Op or Arthetine Sailing Co-Op. When you get there, the first co-op stage will be the event you need for the Astray Una Daily.

I mean it's free books you just use them as you go, if you have too many you can use them on alts, if you don't have enough well you don't have enough and wait next week for more books or whatever, there isn't a perfect way to use them because it's RNG, you can keep the "average" amount, like say your base honing is 15%, with book it's 25%, so on average you'd want to keep 4 books but shit can go to pity or work first try so it's pointless to think too hard about it, it is better if you go one item at a time so you can see how it's going better though
