depends on how much bonus you've got. eg. i play scouter you get 30% mspd from transforming then you can get another 10% thru rune/buff that adds up to 40% full potential on Raid Captain so you dont really need swift for it to work

if its 6/6 it could be a perfect 3/3/3 with the other engrave from accesories free for you to toy with

or if the stone isnt perfect, you can fill the required AM and SC with the second engrave from acces

all of this assuming you're actually 1370+ for legend acces

Before 50 there's only 2-3 quests probably. At 50 you'll get more but you'll need it for upgrading and buying stuff, stronghold may be a low priority.
