Good morning, I hope this is the right channel. My friend got banned for 3 days for "botting" and when he got unbanned, they stole his gold. Which is super weird because a. I've been watching him play a lot and the furthest interaction with bots he had was insulting them, he's f2p aside from skins and it showed on his progression and b. at the time of the ban he had 800 gold he was broke af, when he was unbanned they robbed 500 gold leaving him down to 300 gold. Are there other cases of those false positive bans and what can I do to get compensation for him? Support insists that he's a bot even after investigation, how bs is this?
