For both legend and relic,I think they will be capped at +20 just like how they did with argos. Then you do Abrel first few phrases at 1490 to transfer to ancient which cap at 25 - unless they consider people want to do more phrases of Abrel with their old gear they might expand the cap for relic which we'll see I guess

You can straight up skip Ninevah if you go for the other 12-13 giants hearts (depending if you want the Focus rune or not). So she's not a strictly necessary rapport, but at the same time, having her in stronghold is big flex
