It should only present an issue if your group completes it while you're DC'd. Otherwise if you DC and they leave it should send you a ticket in the mail that refreshes your Argos entry, but so long as they don't leave you should be able to load back in and continue with the Raid

You get an item with certain skills +1,+2 etc. if you have a +13 weapon with 1 skill you like and 1 you dont, you can find a new piece of gear and try and replace the one you don't like via silver/rng. If it fails, only the new gear gets destroyed.

If you have a +13 weapon with 2 skills you like, but you find another weapon with better quality, there's not much you can do.

If you have a +13 weapon with no skills you like, but you find another weapon with 2 skills you do like, you can just transfer the new weapon to the tripod npc inventory, and then transfer those skills onto the +13 weapon for free.

Ideally neither, you would want to try using Focus runes to mitigate mana costs. If you have to use a mana engraving though, I do like mana stream since at 5% stacks of mana regen, you also get some cool down reduction.

Impossible to answer since prices for things depend on each region (each individual mat too) and some might be worth getting from mari's and others not as much... You can do the math using currency exchange prices if you're in doubt though

In case you bleed the same target while it is bleeding, the bleed effect refreshed on successful hit, duration depend on the skill equipped bleed rune rarity. The new duration doesn't stack on existing duration. Bleed is proc on skill hit.
