The ark is not a priority considering only 6 are available until current KR patch. You need anikka for the ark there. You could skip arthetine, and go straight to Vern. Once you complete Vern, finish Shushire for your full t1 armor and weapon set.

Not sure I just know power passing before finishing the side quests in shushire breaks the shushire quests and makes it so you can't get the virtue rewards from any of them

But it doesn't matter that much cause you can get enough virtues to do anything in the game anyway
