With the boost method you'll have gotten T3 loot 21+14+7=42 days. With the solo method you'll have gotten 8 days of 4 characters or 8*4=32 days of T3 loot.

Yes but the absolute numbers are irrelevant, it's the relation between solo character and boosted character. In my example a boosted character is 20% slower (7 instead of the expected 5) since the other 3 characters, as you point out, gets less rewards from their dailies. But even with the reduced rewards it's still a lot better (about 30% or so)

If u need to do rapport, u can just look up the rapport npc and go to stages. It will tell u the amount of rapport u need. Just pick the smallest number.

Desired skills for any of those classes will typically sell for more. Off the top of my head I can think of Hell Blade, Finish Strike and Sword Storm that would be the ideal ones to sell for Berserker and the only one for Gunslinger that comes to mind atm is Sharpshooter. You can probably poke around on Maxroll to see which gems they typically want gems for and sell based on that

Not really an easy question to answer as Velganos is very much reliant on doing the mechanics. Its why soloing it is actually considered an achievement to some extent. So really it would come down to which class you are most comfortable with to be able to do said mechanics.

According to Maxroll the next quest is called "Starkeeper's Record" and is given by Lena, however she doesn't have any quests for me.
