its not just ilvl or roster lvl, its a combination of ur stats, engravings, ilvl, gems, roster lvl etc.

well roster lvl has 0 bearing on anything, it's just a commonly used stat for alt runs since it means it's not your first time, but even then it's pretty skewed since someone with 6 T1 alts would have a higher roster than someone at 1370(assuming they run tower on their alts)

Higher ilvl just means easier to clear the boss, it makes sense to invite higher ilvl so everyone clears faster , but it’s harder for those trying to get into the next tier
