all red u can salvage, i see 2 accessories that are better than what u have. all green (feathers and peons) you can use right away, they have no other use. all light blue you can throw into storage, they will be automatically taken when enhancing gear. bombs and greneades technically u can save in storage too and take only what u need, and most of the time you only need: panacea/destruction bomb/whirlwind or clay bomb. battle item chests probably use as you need them. rapport items - use as needed. engravings - use what u want, sell rest, or store for later. card packs are up to you - opened will take far more space but at some point you will have to open them anyway.

That's entirely up to you. I find it more pleasant to hone if I have enough materials for several tries first, so considering you're not getting any benefit from getting 1 upgrade, there's no need to hone right away, you can farm mats for a few days or weeks first.
