If you meant the Awakening Skills you see when you press K, you can't equip any Runes to them.

for your original question, you have 5 accesories, if those 5 accesories have 1 point each on the same engraving, you get 5 points of that engraving, its not limited, you can have as many engraving points as your accesories have, they sum up
