The amount of monsters slain is metered. You kill the same "value" or amount of monsters per run. It takes a fixed amount of % complete to open gates, and if you kill too many, you can miss an elite spawn in the third portal

elite monsters are the only monsters that have guaranteed drops in the dungeons, everything else is RNG

The 1340 purple +15 gears gave us +6 item level when we transferred to the Abyss/Argos gold gear, but would the Argos gear do the same thing if we transfer it to the Valtan one when the honing levels are all over the place?

if AGS and smilegate dont do any revamp before bringing Valtan and Viakiss in YES you will eventually have to equal them out since the requirement for HM is 1445/1460 the different is the set effects and quality bonus (the quality one weapon can go up to 30%) there'll be 2 more legend sets from Val/Via which use normal mats then there are RELIC sets which mats can only be get from Hard mode (1445 VAL/1460 Via) or get from gold bonus chest at the end tho it takes weeks for even 1 piece of gear these are still the same ilvl until 1475+-1490 where Cuckkoo and Abrel/Brelshaza raids for new upgrades
