Basic gist from what I have heard: GS requires more effort to learn but is quite fun, zerker is a chill and lower effort class. But that's just a rough summary from what I've read, a better way to see would be just search up the class in the search feature and look thru all the message history or go to their specific channel and read the past convos

Depends on what you do, it takes an average of 4-7 minutes per chaos clear and then una's can be done very quickly depending on the ones you choose. A lot of people (myself included), I do guardian runs with friends and we carry each others alts so the guardian raids are 2-3 minutes per clear

Duplicate cards are duplicates. You need duplicates to awaken a card. Each level requires more and more duplicates. From base to level 1, you need 1 duplicate, level 2, 2 duplicates, level 3 3 duplicates etc etc.
