Okay you can still pass the second virtue check of hers then. You only need to skip the third virtue check which requires 260 charisma and happens at friendly. I am not entirely sure if it happens at Friendly 1 already or maybe later like with Nia where its at friendly 2 but if its friendly 1 you need to gift bomb her from Amicable 3 to finish. Finish is 77700 Rapport and at Amicable 3 you can get up to 32699 Rapport. So you could for example give her at 31700 Rapport 23 Legendary Gifts
