you're looking at probably 1 honing success per day per character feeding your main materials/gold, assuming you dump all of your resources/income into mats + solars

You can 'farm' Seria and Solas, whereas other cards are pretty much RNG. You can get 1 copy of some, eg Thirain from rapport, Kharmine from chaos gates, but then it's just praying.

Generally people do awakening 5 Solas and Seria and then whichever cards they get lucky with.
