the currency is also roster bound, so if you need mats for your alts, then go on your alt accounts and buy what you need. You do get 100 for each chaos and guardian that you do that uses the aura and soul harvest, including on your alts. The only thing that is roster bound is the race.

Even in KR I don't think its 100%, but they are increased. They actually increased them a while back on KR because getting to 1370/1375 was actually a significant point of struggle and frustration for KR players and them increasing the rates was a hugely welcome change to the game that KR players praised. Which is why I'm not quite sure SG didn't push a build with those changes.

From the beginning they were already launching NA/EU vastly different than they have literally any other region they released the game. RU had different publisher issues, and only recently things changed after Smilegate supposedly shot them down when my.games offered to publish the game globally. Keep in mind...RU and JP aren't exactly in great places. KR and NA/EU are the only very successful regions currently operating. I can only imagine what RU is like now population wise with all of the NA and EU crowd not there anymore.

Amazon and Smilegate are working together, I don't blame one or the other. I'd sooner blame both and I do, and Smilegate has made mistakes like this before in the past and resolved them in time and apologized for it. The last LOA ON Gold River started off by apologizing for things. I have faith things will improve, but I'm not going to be delusional and think its just an Amazon only related issue.

Use what you can afford. Typically I'd say use green or blue potions over Elemental. Same those for content like Legion Raids.
