Dw you won’t have to worry about your currencies until you run out of a specific one you end up needing. I recommend saving your high seas chests and redeeming gienah tokens whenever you need to buy songs or emotes that you need for quests

Getting tradable materials from Chaos Dungeons and Guardian Raids. If you have an alt in the same tier as your main you can put tradable materials in your Roster Storage and have your main pick them up.

So as an example, in T3 people will typically keep their alts all at 1340 ilvl so they can do Chaos Dungeons, Guardian Raids and both Abyssal Dungeons for the materials and gold

What are some materials and/or items that would be good to sell for gold right now?

I recently hit 50 and just finished the quests to unlock chaos dungeons and others today. My item power level is still only 295, so I am a bit behind the people who are really pushing limits and in dire need of various items/materials and buying them in the auction house for gold.
I know that eventually I will also be in need of those same items too. However, I was thinking that since I am progressing along slower, it would probably be a good idea to sell certain things for gold while there is a lot of demand for them.

I was thinking that by the time I really need those certain things the demand won't be as high, and could probably buy them back for less than what they are worth right now.
But I don't really know what sorts of things would be ideal to sell right now.

I just started breaking down random gear I don't need for materials, and I've done a fair bit of harvesting gathering nodes. I was thinking selling off that stuff might be a good idea (is it?).

Tier 1 was profitable during the first couple weeks but the profitability and market has shifted to Tier 2 and Tier 3, so don't worry about selling anything

You can somewhat not do Guardian Raids every day and do it every 2-3 days, but that will of course, slow down progress unless you find ways to go getting leapstones (Una Dailies or buying from Market which is... your choice)

Abyssal Raids are, generally, king of your equipment which is why they can only be done once a week and require significantly more brain input

The armor and weapon from Chaos Dungeons is blue rarity. the armor and weapon from Abyssal Dungeons is purple rarity and has set bonuses (there is also another set of Abyssal Dungeons that lets you get orange armor and weapon). So they are different, but otherwise materials are the same but accessories from Abyssals are different in that they give guaranteed class engraving on them in T1 and T2.
