assuming you mean the secret dungeon maps from the chaos gates, each person who enters gets loot, so if you do it solo, you get the same rewards as with a party. It's recommended to do it with either a party of friends, or in a rotation. If its in a party of friends they can give you the loot or keep it w/e, but its not wasting the three slots of loot. If you do a rotation, each party member brings a map to do, and you get loot from all 4.

for t1 and t2, blue maps give 2 shard pouches of increasing size, so blue gives 2 small pouches, purple gives 2 medium, yellow gives 2 large. Harmony pouches for t1 maps, life pouches for t2. You also get breaths (star for t1, moon for t2), 5 for blue, 10 for purple, 15 for yellow.
t3 maps also give the shard pouches, but you get different numbers for the solar blessings, I know yellow map is 2 solar grace (green), 1 solar blessing (blue), and 1 solar protection (purple), plus gems and a purple or legendary engraving book depending on your rng

baseline is avoid capping life energy if you can, it shouldn't take long to dump it out on some of the higher energy consuming activities like excavating. It can be good gold later on, or mats for upgrading your stronghold / crafting battle potions but you don't have to do it every day. Life energy caps at about 10k, you regen normally 3k per day, so you can down the bar every 3 days

if you are aiming for a specific reward when the reputation reaches its near or at its end, such as the Giant's Heart collectibles from several of the una dailies, then yes, you repeat them every day until the reputation is capped out. You can still complete them after this, but you will only earn the actual quests rewards

if you make the alts, they can stack up rested bonus and get additional rewards if you do find time to play them. It's recommended to have and use alts but if you don't have the time then your main takes precedence. If you can squeeze in some alt dungeons or guardian raids in once every couple of days it's at least something

you get like 800-1000 event coins from the race each day (not a confirmed amount, I got 890 for coming third, and I've heard first place gets about 1k), and 400 from chaos dungeons/guardians. If you do that each days its 1200 coins or so. Work out if that amount over 7 days is enough to purchase all the goods, which it probably is. You can then work out if you want to use alts to speed it up to skip doing the race on a day or two, as alts can earn 400 a day from their chaos / guardians.

I can't remember what exact rewards these una dailies give when you reach the end of their associated reputation, nor what guide has recommended them. It could be virtue stats, which are important for rapport with NPC's. You could consider other una tasks that are not so tedious to reach, for other things such as collectibles (Masterpieces / Giant's Hearts)
