1st transfer only needs 1 completion, so u can transfer alt #1 for 2 total completions
2nd transfer needs 3 completions, so u need to manually do rohendel for alt #2 for 3 completions
Now you can transfer for alt #3

Use a cal. Basically you want to like divide cost of hone by rate. Then u add in breath and cal if extra honing chance is worth using base off mat prices. (This math above is wrong cause didn’t include art energy but u get the idea)

@stark siren you don't add the full value, lets say it costs 3000 gold in tradable mats (for untradable ones/if you have excess of a certain mat you can exclude) for a 50% chance, and if you use moons breath x 20 it costs an extra 1000g for 20% chance. Without moons breath it costs on average 3000 x 2 = 600 gold to upgrade on average, with moons breath it costs 4000g x 100/70 = 5714 gold on average

ofc you could get unlucky with moons breath or lucky without, but this is just the mathematical average, you have to substitute prices based of your auction house prices
