Igniter is more bursty and reflux is more sustained damage, that being said reflux also has a lot more movement

You'll need T2 materials when you've finished Yorn main quest and gotten your T2 gear from Chaos Dungeon

+15 gear will get you to Yorn, beat that story quest and the chaos dungeons start dropping t2 i802 gear. Get to 960 to go to Feiton, then use that area to get to 1100, which takes you to Punika, where the dungeons drop 1302 gear, and ur in t3. And yeah do t2 islands whenever, youll need them

Pal is more offfensive support for dmg, bard is better for shields and heals on hard hitting bosses

Bard is the more sought after support for legion raides

I think they have a skill that buff them and put them low hp (but they've a ton of it so doesn't really matter)
