I attempted to delete a character a couple days ago and was saddled with a 24 hour countdown before the deletion would finish. Once the countdown ended though it just changed to "Character deletion pending" and has been that way for about a day in a half. Is there another step I'm supposed to take to complete the process or is it just very slow about it?

i need some help understanding honing, in terms of what to upgrade. so i reached ilvl 302 and now i need to hone gear. in the speedrun guide it says at one point to use all those mats to +8 everything. but one detail i havent found yet: do i need to look for top blue gear drops or do i just upgrae whatever i find? and when do i have to make sure i get close to 100% quality items? i think mny knowledge about transfer of upgrades is too low to make some assumptions

you get 2 power passes. if you use one the 2nd one is mailed to you

Just upgrade what you have and as you get better quality, you can use the gear transfer to move the upgrades to the new gear
