Just the rewards they give. People do 4 person map rotations where each person contributes 1 map, so you get 4 maps worth of loot out of 1 map. And considering each map gives about 2k gold minimum, that means you get 8k gold value out of a legendary (orange) map when there's 4 people

Np. Usually after chaos gates people post in the area chat that they're looking for a group. Otherwise you can also try looking here on discord, #903542624638615562 for example (this is the NA East one so find the chanlle for your server).

Only concern is you can be scammed if someone who has the map goes last and then doesn't open their portal, so try to do it with people you trust. I haven't been scammed yet though but it can happen. Also make sure everyone share their map before starting to confirm everyone has a map. Purple maps are still good, I think like 500-1000g value each if Im not mistaken (so 2-4k for a 4 man rotation).

Heavy armour while you're learning mechanics is pretty nice, makes you tankier. Make sure to use the highest stone available to you cos they give more vitality. Other than that just try to watch videos about bosses and dungeons before trying them out, it helps a lot knowing what the mechanics are and the big threats before you go in

You don't really want to use them cos they're quite expensive and rare, at least until you're trying to get gear from +14 to +15 (maybe +13 to +14 if you have a lot of them). You can get them from maps which you get from doing chaos gates, or from cube which also gives a lot. You get cube tickets from chaos dungeons (rare drop).

I would prioritise engravings only until your build is functional. For instance, I'm a remaining energy deathblade but I only need lv1 remaining energy, after that I prioritise spec+crit and get my 2ndary engravings from stones or the books (giving me lv3 super charge). I could get lv3 of each, but it's cost a lot of spec+crit which would be a much bigger dps loss. For a lot of engravings, level 1 is all you need to be functional.

Although in T2 where you might get stuck for a while and you'll run a lot of those dungeons so you'll have the chance to min max a bit but yeah Engravings > Main Stat > Rarity is whatever

It depends on the engraving and build! Some engravings are useless at lv1, others you only need lv1 early game. Try to prioritise both engravings and your spec/swiftness/crit as much as you can. The main stats (vitality, etc) don't really matter so much

How am I supposed to do fatespire (tower 2) floor 49 boss challenge? Once he reaches 1 HP bar he does the laser eye attack atleast 10 times in a row (each laser attack takes out 95% of my hp). As a sorc, I need to sit still to use skills, if he keeps spamming that laser I can't attack him at all. Doesn't help that my screen is 99% covered in pitch black debuff, making it hard to notice at all if he's using his skills. To add to that, sorc's special effects make it even harder to notice the boss's animations to figure out what attack he's doing... ANy tips? I even used special pots (-20% def, call soldiers, shield potion...)
