yes you can continue to infinitely do chaos dungeons. Yes you sort of get a penalty in the fact that your drops change into shards that are traded to a vendor for a fraction of the materials that you would get from the first 2 daily runs. The npc vendor also has it's stock capped weekly

Time gated means the game forces you to wait a certain amount of time. In this instance, it just takes a long period of real time to complete it. The game doesn't stop you from progressing if you were funneled the materials.

Look bro, when you enter the hidden area on lullaby island, theres an event that appears in your log on the right. You have to get a gold trophy under the participation section. Once the event is complete, it gives you a bag in your inventory that you right click. It should drop a bamboo icon item. You need 3 of those items to complete the quest.

Lots of load outs. Just use engraving books as you need them. Also, you can only equip two engravings. You can have more through other gear.

I do chaos dungs on alts (got 8 rn and another incoming). Secret t2 map and other daily compass events. And other things like that. Im also usually selling tradable mats and buying them in maris secret shop to min max value somehow (but now I saving t1 mats for my main alt I want to push to t2, also now I also save mats from my main chaos dungs because I think I did pretty much all islands so now I need them more, probably gonna keep selling t2 leapstones from guardians, easy 1,8k daily.), Also I do some market flipping with t2 breaths and leapstones.
