You dont need the forest minuet technically if im being honest. Youre following a rush guide, not a more casual guide. The tier 3 guide is more for people who can be there for 7 hours and do it in a day.
Its part of the "uniqueness" of the island system.

Sorry, I must have misread your post. Disorder crystals give you accessories. I would use them to roll for decent ones that can sell for a good amount. A good example would be an earing with Crit substat and the berserker engravings of Mayhem and Master Tenacity.

Use the knowledge transfer in the stronghold to level it to 50, skip the MSQ up through North Vern and get ilvl 302 gear. I would say it's a waste if you've already level it to 30 tbh. Just do another 3 hours of powering through the MSQ.

Yes, AFK timer. Increase it in the game settings.

1 hour of inactivity will kick you from the game.
