you can ear4n blue crystals by exchanging gold, and I believe every skin avaliable i store through royal crystal will be able to be bought with blue as well but it wont be tradeable. or you can buy peoples they sell in the auction house. In KR/RU patch there is obtainable skins ingame as well

what I recommend is to rotate alts when clearing tower.
What I did: 3 alts start at 340
first alt clears 1-9
second alt clears 1-9 (for mats) pushes level to 380 and clears to 9-14 I think it is
third alt clears to 14 for mats and pushed it to 420 and cleared 14-24
main clears to 24 for mats and push it to t2 (do research for t1 honing improvements from stronghold after getting ilvl 802 req to help alt pumping)
main clears to floor 50
alts clear all the way up for mats and push
