the thing is. Blue and green books progress differently. Blue books only unlock XP above lvl 1. so if you used 20 blue books, you'd have to wait until you unlocked lvl 1

i just upgraded from a i7-4790k, im not sure about yours but my cpu was bottle necking every game i played, outside of getting a new cpu of course, i'd try to lower settings to the lowest, see if that massively affects the cpu temps, if it does, then your cpu is just getting farmed by the game, if not, something buggy going on with the game for ya.

I was doing that initially but once I realized how much materials I needed I figured i would need all of them
