You can't predict if they will break or not, but once cut you can chose the best and equip it, and salvage the wrong cut, it's a probablility game1

my best advice is to finish vern with your lvl 30, u can use it to farm for main later. then u get 2x free boost to 50 and u can use knowledge transfer for another how many u want boosts. please dont go thru storyline agai with new char, its waste of time literally ------- finish vern means hit 50 and do MSQ with your current char
