I discovered the solution. In case anyone else needs help this is the quest and the dark blue quest tells you to do the song of valor and that completes the light blue quest for some reason. Really weird that they're connected but whatever.

They're all around the same level, honestly. I would just focus on what you feel plays the best. You won't win much in PvP if you hop from flavour of the month to the next. Scrapper has solid gameplay and fills the stagger role quite well despite maybe not being at the top of DPS like sorc is. It's not top tier by any means, I just wouldn't call it bad.

They're pretty similar, although bard has to run up to people for some shields - but as far as support goes they're good supports all around. The only differences are some % for each of their support skills. Play whichever one you like best
