The first row of modifiers has magical healing that says it heals party members by 1% on hit.

I initially though that each of the 10 pulses would heal the 1% (and thus be buffed by sustain enhancement that says it adds hit amount), but is it just once per cast?

I've had people say they didn't notice any healing coming from it, nor have I noticed anything.
