Artillery is defiantly burst and not sustained damage, as for speed the current meta build is agility+ crit- so they are slow at first but once you build them they are a good speed

something needs to be done. I sat 4 hours in a que and then the login servers went down and I had to close the game. Then it showed almost 3 hours of the error and now there is a huge que again. An in game account system or something like that would help because then I could play on servers with less people.

You can but you get more rewards the more people you have to help with stuff and to spend the rewards you need an upgraded shop which requires the guild to be upgraded so if you are doing it solo it could take you a year or more to do alone.
