BM/Wardancer is probably the most fast, and any class can have low cooldowns and fast skills in a sense....as most of those outcomes come from endgame gear.

Cause for example, Wardancer is a "fast" class, but has a lot of downtime where they just autoattack.

If you want a fast class that's basically always casting spells, gunslinger or deadeye are good options

since thye have twice the amount of skills, there is no point in time where you should be autoattacking as these two classes.

(almost).

Then perhaps try out Gunslinger or Deadeye :) At endgame, they will always be spellcasting

they are considered harder classes, however.

In pvp demonic/shadow hunter is a range backline character with ability to fight melee. Her most important skill is the aoe pod and her blade throw. You only melee when you get hit confirm
