It's not weird. Dungeon needs tickets to enter and you need to do repeatable quest outside to earn tickets. The reward from that epona used to be an extremely valued reward hence the quest is very grindy.

Nobody cared about the Island Heart though. Everyone only did that for the mount reward that is no longer needed since they moved one of those mounts to Arthentine adventure book. I wouldn't step foot on that island unless you are desperate for Island Hearts for some weird reason

yeah it does become easier, because of more stats shared on the account(and among other things such as faster mount and ship), also knowing what to do and what quest to skip etc.

if we talk release it not likely to get boost, but here is the benefit on 2nd char: you can skip cutscene, have more skillpoints(depend how much you explore and grinding for skill point on your main)
and knowing what to do also if you did all side quest on main you dont need to redo them for affinity stat if you dont want to (only need to do side quest at lv 49 50-60% to get to lv 50)

Those are the ones that jump out to me for having higher skill ceiling if your main point of interest is your own maximum performance

My main points of interests are classes that have more than 1 play style, for example close range long range combining attacks, aoe, single target etc, I don’t really like classes where you just unga bunga your way through everything

Warlord/Gunlancer however might not feel like it since you are semi hybrid support and deal roughly 60% dmg that of a pure dps but you bring a lot of utility instead to make up for it

I recommend you watch that vid @tawny crater mentioned. You'll probably get a better sense then what you'd perhaps like
