idk how it is specifically in lost ark, but it's not a difference I'm trying to make. Regions and servers are always generally two differnt things. Regions are span over some geographic area, and has allocated servers for that specific region. Same with new worl and other mmos. The region can be US East or EU, and that specific region is split in to a bunch of different servers.
