evolution points are from left side gear, enlightment are from right side, accessories (bracelet not included), you will get a decent amount by playing along but to finish enlightment you need horizontal content

You could level that gear to +19 (1620 ilvl) if you wanted
Evo points youll get at 1660, from a gear transfer to ancient armor
Enlightenment is primarily from horizontal content, alt+d to search codex for Enlightenment potions
Enlightenment also comes from accessories (big increase at 1680)

And having a Founder's Pack bought is guaranteed access while not having one bought it's still possible to gain access to beta through other means like give-aways

50 is possible in 13 hours if you rush main story. If you're in for the experience you'll come close to it. But 50 means nothing. The real Endgame experience starts way later. 7 days is enough for casual players to get a feel for the game and hardcore players to reach some Endgame to test. Don't expect more from that small beta.

1.) Why are alts important: They significantly increase your gold gains which you can use to improve your main. They also provide some materials that are not bound to them that can be used to further improve your main's gear. Basically with alts you will upgrade things faster and be able to make more attempts at gear upgrades on your main.
2.) Ideally, you make your first alt as soon as you've done the time-gated content on your main (e.g. Dailies, Guardian Raids, etc.)
3.) It doesn't matter, play whatever you enjoy!

well per Lost ark when you buy the founder pack you are a guarantee you are in beta so if they are not honoring that .. they are already off to a bad start and I doubt they would do that.

Steam will not let you play a game that is not available in your region. It will disappear from your library when you switch back.

You would have to leave the account in a region that can play
