I am writing about a potentially missing reward for Serca raid (HM). I have cleared it on week two on the following chars: Notlikemost (reaper) and Valhallawillwait (Slayer). The former got enough materials for crafting a weapon and two pieces of armour. The latter only had enough for a weapon (there are 10x of the material remaining in the storage).

I have checked the raid UI for any unclaimed rewards as well as pet inventroy, there is nothing.

Could you please explain this difference and if there are some unclaimed rewards how do I claim these?
