so i found a solution but went back to square one again

I reinstalled it

afterwards, I tried logging connecting to another character to run raids and while it was connecting and loading, I tried opening the bible as i realized it isn't open yet. then boom same error message.

As a heads up, powerpass costs less the more story you have done. So you can knowledge transfer or manually do some story first to cut the cost. A straight up powerpass is pretty expensive.

That is why we tell quite literally every single person that alts made outside events is bad, it will take weeks / a month+ to get them out of t3 due to very poor mat generation unless you funnel your event mats and some gold (prob like 20k~) to the alt instead of your main to make it stronger, daily chaos dungeon/guardian raid, some one time rewards from islands (roster wide tho) and weekly solo shop materials

The only way to speed up things considerably is buying a powerpass, which will cost you like 20 if you're already at kurzan
