ark grid is also def another pain point but after getting 6 relics for one build you can work towards a second set if you dont care to roll for ancients

The difference is the starting willpower and side notes. These are all for blue/chaos.
Generally speaking, when starting ark grid you pick the lower willpower cost ones since they're easier to cut into a usable astrogem.
When you a workable ark grid setup, some people will then opt to cut higher willpower gems in order to further min max their side note stats.
Starting out, you pretty much want to focus on the red/yellow nodes to make something workable, don't sweat the side nodes.

Tiny bit of shielding/healing from s3 utility paradise orb. Sometimes can proc a tiny bit of healing on pet when you level it up to legendary (a bit of a grind if new)
Primarily, the goal is to not get hit or if in groups tank hits with support shielding if it allows for a dps window. Supports have options for healing, but their primary role is dps boosting and damage mitigation. Healing on some of them is detrimental to their dmg buffing.

Solo raids are practically unclearable on support builds
Make sure to take the dps boost option in solo raids on valkyrie. Make sure to land your X and empowered T. They make up the bulk of your damage. Tbh, dps valkyrie has one of the best solo raids.

2nd boss: red orb = almost no cooldowns, but you lose 80% hp if you get hit. take it, do damage, walk out of red stuff. When boss will jump out of map, run out of red zone, wait till boss will do firebreath (it one shots. Just afk for 10 sec), stagger check. Throw guardian stun item (TAKE IT from spawn before entering map, and then set it on your toolbar) under yourself. kill
3rd boss: some stagger checks basically

Basically you throw the orb under yourself so boss stops charging/leaving map like moron
On third boss most there is, is just stagger checks.
When boss will spawn 3 mirrors and npc will talk something i quess, boss will be aiming attacks at you.
One of those attacks is capable of destroying the mirror, and he will do it 3 times, so you can destroy them, i am unsure if you need to do them all.
after that stagger, boss and 4 mirrors at the edges. Mirrors just save map so you have more place to walk, stagger boss and in free time do one mirror on side you're comfortable standing with.

I guess depends on your definition of end game. ilvl 1640 is tier 4, which is the very start of end game. Realistically most players are around ilvl 1700+, hard mode current end game raids are 1730+, hardest raids atm are 1740+ but difficult for most players to reach
If you're new, the powerpass takes you to 1640 at which point you can use the express event to help catch you up to ~1700 over a few weeks give or take with some luck. Take a moment to make sure its a class you're interested in/may enjoy.

It will cap the number of tries if you don't have enough for the full 10 hits as well. So it's just a "use until completion" kind of button
