Either cut them for a small chance of getting something sellable on the auction h. or dismantle them all, which is what a lot of people do, and since you're new probably do that as well, it costs gold to cut and you can and should use it somewhere else instead of RNG gamba

Working on ark grid, weapon AH40, and a better bracelet would probably be the best areas to work on. Though bracelet wise I wouldn't recommend buying them from the market, just keep hell bracelets open as an option. Leap 29 before evo is uh...a choice. I would reconsider rune choice on meteor strike, mountain face actually makes it attack/cast more slowly.
