If you prefer the main, keep working on that character to bring it up to 1640 so you can use the express. You cannot character the express is used on after any honing as a heads up.

1620 is when you get to transfer gear to 1640 (t4)

Don't remember the exact requirements for the research, but you should check if there is an option to improve t3 honing rates in your stronghold research.

ontop of that, you don't need to pick and make classes around solo since eventaully you'll move on to doing pf raids (or if you only gonna play solo mode then class truely doesn't matter once you overgear the raids with the higher vertical content)

The game is at a drastically different place these days. Guardians alone have changed quite a bit, and are changing even more significantly with the patch deploying today.

We do recommend using one of those LFG servers and for the time being you are also likely going to be doing the Solo Mode for Raids until you get 1700+.

emperor afaik is a bit less thinking, but higher apm. That said, its still more thinking than most classes.
